Return Instruction

If you need a return, you must contact our customer service first. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not accept a unilateral return service!

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during transit and cannot function properly.
  • The product has a confirmed quality issue that cannot be repaired or replaced.
  • Order error (e.g., the received product does not match the ordered product).

 

Returns are not accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The product has been used and has no quality issues.
  • Issues caused by human damage or unauthorized modifications.
  • Return requests made beyond the designated return period.
  • Any promotional items or specially customized products.

Except for logistics reasons. If the order can not be delivered in time or fail to be delivered for the reason that customer's address and email information is not filled correctly. Carpeer shall not bear the corresponding responsibility and delivery expense. in addition, If the customer does not want/customer directly reject/return for personal reasons after shipment (must be in new condition), you may be responsible for the cost of shipping from the seller and the return of the package. And please learn that the Items must be returned to us via a traceable shipping method with delivery confirmation and all shipping charges prepaid.

 

Return Request Process

Submit your return request within 30 days of receiving the product; late requests will not be accepted.


When submitting a return request, please provide the following information:

  • Order number and proof of purchase.
  • A detailed description of the issue and relevant photos or videos (if applicable).
  • Your contact information (email or phone number).

    Our customer service team will review your request within 3 business days and confirm the return process with you.

     

    Return Shipping Policy

    For returns due to product quality issues or order errors, shipping costs will be covered by us.

    For returns due to other reasons (e.g., personal preference), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

    All returns must be in their original packaging and include all accessories, or the refund request may be impacted.

     

    Return Processing Time

    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the return processing time typically takes 5-7 business days.

    If the return is approved, you will receive a corresponding refund or replacement as per our refund policy.

     

    Special Conditions

    If the product was part of a promotional offer or used with a coupon, the refund amount may exclude the discounted portion.

    For specially customized or personalized products, returns must be individually evaluated and approved by our customer service team.
