Will this car radio play audio through my car speaker?
Since the sound of built in speaker is not loud enough, we suggest you can transmit its sound to your car speaker, there are 2 ways:
1. Using an FM transmitter, you can set the same frequency on your device and your car’s FM.
2. Using an AUX cable.
Does the product offer navigation functionality?
Yes, navigation via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto with hands-free voice control.
Why can’t I connect to CarPlay or Android auto?
Find the connected but unusable carplay device on your phone's Bluetooth, select ignore the device, and try connecting again. (Restart the device if necessary)
Disconnection sometimes or cannot connect to Bluetooth.
1. Please reset your device to factory mode.
2. Please delete all other irrelevant Bluetooth connection records on your phone.
3. If no one else is connected to this device, ignore this device or disconnect the WiFi directly, and then reconnect.
I just bought an iPhone 15 instead of an iPhone 13. It works fine on the iPhone13 but not on the iPhone15 and the Bluetooth won't reconnect. Both iOS systems are 17.2.1. Any help?
Please find the device in Bluetooth and ignore this device on your iPhone 13, then turn Bluetooth off/on on your iPhone 15 and reconnect it.
Can Mirroring and Carplay be used at the same time?
Once connected to Carplay, you won't be able to connect others. To connect your phone to screen mirroring, you need to exit Carplay or Android Auto, and then connect to Mirroring.
Can't connect the device’s WiFi to use Mirroring.
Check if your device is connected to WiFi and Bluetooth - Select ignore Device - Restart your phone and device - Search "carplay_wifi_xxxx" on phone and connect - Select "Car" in Screen Mirroring in your phone's control center - Start Mirroring.
Do you have to pay for the google maps? Or does it go from your phone to the device’s screen?
When connected to CarPlay, this device will turn the apps on your phone to the screen, so whatever is available on your phone will be cast to the device’s screen.
